Backpack Delivery

For early learning center and elementary school families, the receptionist will notify the teacher who will arrange for the order to be picked up and handed over to your child.* 

If you are using your SAS registered email during the purchase, we'll be able to identify your child and the respective classroom. In cases where we fail to match the email used, a staff from the Eagle Stop team will reach out to gather the necessary details.

For middle school and high school families, orders may be picked up at Eagle Stop from Mondays through Fridays (7:45 a.m. – 3:45 p.m.) during school days

Backpack deliveries will 
- resume from January 15, 2024
- take between 3-5 business days to process

During peak period (August and January) fulfilment and delivery will take longer. 

Please visit here (after January 15) to arrange for a backpack delivery.


To arrange for backpack delivery, 
(1) Select one of the backpack delivery options (Division) and add it into your shopping cart.
(2) Add a note if possible; including references to earlier purchases.
(3) When checking out, select the "Pick-Up" option

If no "Backpack" option was added to your shopping cart, our fulfillment team will pack and send the uniforms to the Eagle Stop for the order to be picked up in person.

Our commitment:
To ensure the accurate fulfillment of each and every order, one staff will pack the online order. Another staff re-checks and preps the order for backpack delivery. This dual-checking provides assurance that all orders leaving the Eagle Stop to the student's classroom is accurate and free of error. 

 

For a more streamlined process, do indicate your child's name / grade / home room teacher in the <Note to Seller> box in the check-out page.

To arrange for a backpack delivery for an earlier order, select the Backpack delivery option into your shopping cart as a new order, provide your child's name / grade / home room teacher and also the original sales order # in the <Note to Seller> box in the check-out page.
