Exchange, Returns & Refunds

Exchanges / Returns / Refunds has to be performed at the Eagle Stop.
 

All refunds will be made in the original form of payment. To make an exchange, the system will automatically convert the value of the exchanged item into store credit which is then applied towards the exchanged item.

New charges may be due for the new / exchanged merchandise and these top-ups can only be paid using cash, check or SASCard

If you would like to pay for the top-ups (and additional items) using a credit card, ask for a RETURN instead. After that, start a different (new) online order.

To be considered for an exchange, return / refund, all merchandise has to be (1) unworn, (2) unwashed, (3) in its original packaging, (4) with tags still attached. Request for refunds or exchanges has to be made within 14 days from the original purchase date.

Only ONE exchange is permitted

- Consecutive (rolling) exchange / return / refunds are not allowed
- You may not do another exchange on a product that was previously exchanged.
- You may not request for a refund for (return) an item if the item was previously exchanged.

The Exchange and Return policy is applicable only to approved school uniforms bought online or at the Eagle Stop (A108).

Other merchandise bought at the Eagle Stop may not be returned nor exchanged. These include house-shirts, stationery and clearance items. Please ensure you have the right items / sizes before leaving the Eagle Stop.
